dbkk Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms in full before creating an account or using any service on the dbkk platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction and Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the dbkk platform and the user ("you"). By accessing the dbkk website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted all provisions of these Terms.
dbkk is committed to providing a safe, transparent, and entertaining online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all sections of the platform — casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and all other services.
Important: If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use any dbkk service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the dbkk website, mobile browser version, and all associated services.
- "User" refers to any person who accesses the dbkk platform or holds an account.
- "Account" refers to a user's registered profile.
- "Funds" refers to money deposited into an account or received as a bonus.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or offer.
Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility
To create an account and use any service on dbkk, a user must be at least 21 years of age. We may request documents to verify age at the time of registration or at any later stage. Registration by a minor is strictly prohibited.
dbkk may only be used for personal purposes and on your own behalf. Managing an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
2.2 Account Registration
Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud and may result in all accounts being closed. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
You must provide your correct name, a valid email address, an active mobile number, and a secure password.
Providing false information, using another person's identity, or creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the dbkk support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
dbkk supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank).
3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Before withdrawing any bonus or promotional credit, the specified wagering requirements must be met. dbkk may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals be the same.
3.3 Transaction Accuracy
It is the user's responsibility to ensure the correct amount and details are entered during a transaction. dbkk is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on dbkk receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Not all games may contribute equally to wagering. The contribution rate for specific games will be listed on the dbkk promotions page. The original deposit may be withdrawn at any time before the bonus conditions are met, but doing so will cancel the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after it expires.
- A user may claim any single bonus offer only once.
- A bonus is only usable on the service for which it is specified.
- dbkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts — the account may be closed.
VIP Program and Cashback
The dbkk VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play.
Up to 0.3% cashback per week. The entry-level tier of the program.
Up to 0.5% cashback per week. A reward for regular activity.
Up to 0.8% cashback per week. Maximum benefits and priority support.
Cashback is calculated weekly and credited to your account at a set time. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback amounts — contact the support team for details.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Fair Play Policy
dbkk operates under a fair play policy. Games on the platform run using SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring the impartiality of every result.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
- Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or bug in a game.
- Colluding or coordinating with other users to abuse bonuses.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
- Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-play due to a technical error or disconnection, dbkk will resolve the issue as fairly as possible. dbkk reserves the right to void a faulty game result and return the stake.
Sports Betting Terms
The dbkk sports betting section offers betting on popular sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following terms apply to all betting activity.
7.1 Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
- Match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority.
- dbkk reserves the right to void any bet placed with erroneous odds.
7.2 Live Betting
Odds in live betting can change at any moment. Odds changing before a bet is finalised is normal. The user bears full responsibility for any disruption to live betting caused by connection issues.
Account Closure and Restrictions
8.1 Account Closure at User Request
You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Please withdraw any eligible remaining funds before closing your account. To reopen a closed account, contact the support team.
8.2 Account Restrictions by dbkk
dbkk may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Evidence that the user is a minor.
The right to withdraw legitimate funds remains even after an account is closed, unless the funds are linked to fraudulent activity.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no login or financial activity for an extended period (generally 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. In such cases, dbkk will notify the user in advance.
Responsible Gaming
dbkk always places responsible gaming as its highest priority. Gaming is a source of entertainment — it is not a means of income. Users can set their own limits on time and money spent.

dbkk accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Failure of a third-party service provider (such as a payment gateway).
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
- Service disruption due to natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Game outcomes — gaming results are entirely random and no past result guarantees any future result.
dbkk strives to maintain the highest quality of service, however the service may occasionally be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance.
Amendments and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Amendments to Terms
dbkk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the amended Terms are published means the user has accepted the new Terms.
